The Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland Genomic Medicine service discovered significant benefits as a result of a coordinated regional effort to digitise genomic medicine. The staff developed a pilot study to measure the effects of a switch from paper Family History Questionnaires and manually entered pedigrees to PhenoTips’ digital intake questionnaires. In this presentation and discussion, discover how coordinated workflow digitisation with PhenoTips improved engagement and efficiency for patients, while reducing workloads for both admin and family history teams.
